Is Conflict Destructive?

Conflict itself is not destructive; however how we handle conflict can be destructive. Often how you feel about the conflict depends on your persepctive and how comfortable you are in conflict situations. With training and some experience, however, you can hanlde conflict situations with good results. It is simply about developing yourself further and having good effective conflict strategies in place.
