Conflict among co-workers is an inevitable part of group dynamics. People pulled together to work on complex issues will naturally experience frictions associated with diverse working styles, thinking styles, behavioural norms, and performance expectations.

Disengaged workers are costing Australia’s economy about $31.5 billion a year. A new Gallup Australia study found 20 per cent of employees were ‘actively disengaged’ at work. Actively disengaged employees are less productive, disloyal and are often disruptive. These employees ‘attend and participate at work’, but who are simply serving time and put no passion or energy into their work. If this is not addressed the employee will become unhappier at work and finally act out their unhappiness by becoming disruptive and undermine the work of the engaged employees every day.

How does the Series Work?

Public Workshops

We are providing a public ½ day workshop that is conducted monthly. These workshops are lead by a highly trained conflict facilitator and coach.
